‘Warm’ may be not the first word you think of when looking for a hard shell, but besides being absolutely wind- and waterproof it also provides some warmth.
I purchased the jacket last February and went to Iceland with it. Proved to be an ideal hard shell (of course I wore a base and midlayer).
‘Survived’ some heavy winds and rain showers. In May we go for a 2 week hike in The Vosges in France, but I am confident it will do the job when needed.
