DRYE Shipping Policy

At DRYE, we believe receiving your order should feel just as dependable as the products you wear. That’s why we partner with trusted global carriers to make sure your items arrive safely and on time, wherever you are.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship worldwide.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During launches or promotional periods, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait.


Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $3.95 will apply.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If your order has already been processed, we may be unable to make changes.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue, we may ask for:

  • A photo of the packaging
  • A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)
  • A description of the problem

If the product is intact but the packaging is damaged, we unfortunately cannot offer replacements or refunds.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package has not arrived:

  1. Please first contact the shipping carrier.
  2. If you are unable to resolve it, email us at support@drye-outerwear.com within 7 days of the delivery date with proof of loss or a formal carrier claim.

Shipping Insurance Policy

We are committed to ensuring that your shipments are handled carefully and reach their destinations safely. To provide additional security, we offer optional shipping insurance. This document outlines our policy regarding the non-refundable nature of shipping insurance. 

Policy Details
  • Insurance Coverage: Shipping insurance covers loss, theft, or damage to your package during transit, up to the value declared at the time of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Clause: Once purchased, shipping insurance is non-refundable, regardless of whether the shipment is used or the outcome of the shipment.
  • Claim Process: In the event of a claim, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving damaged goods or within 14 days for lost items. Provide all necessary documentation, including proof of value and any photographic evidence if applicable.
  • Exclusions: Shipping insurance does not cover delays, consequential losses, or any pre-existing damages not caused during transit.

Acceptance
By purchasing shipping insurance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy, including its non-refundable nature.
 

Order Changes or Cancellation

Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Packaging and processing begin immediately upon receipt of your order.


Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
If you don’t see it after 3 days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
